SEO is said tom the most appropriate way of generating traffic to a particular website. The SEO business has been flourishing a lot. Many companies have opened shops on the internet to give SEO services.
It is very important to note that the SEO business has created many opportunities for the talented writers as it is now possible to sell your writing skills for SEO purposes.
Linguists and language use critics have been ups and arms with many writers of SEO friendly articles.
It is only in the internet that can now see an English word thrown anyhow in the sentence without caring so much about the grammar aspects and semantics, just because of the search engines.
Users of search engines, particularly researchers, argue that it is now becoming impossible to get relevant information in the highest ranking results because a lot of websites are constructed for SEO, whose purpose is to sell advertisers links.
Professors are now encouraging their students to explore the other hidden results instead of concentrating on the upper rankings in the search engines.
There have been arguments in some quarters that SEO is creating room for spammers. That means that SEO is being abused at an alarming rate.
If you are in a business that is not large enough to afford a good marketing budget, SEO will be the easiest way to market your sites.
Those arguing against SEO are actually putting forward the assumption that SEO will soon be replaced by better means of showing the rankings. The suggested methods include ranking using the brand presence. That actually means that the rankings of the SEO friendly articles may soon be at the bottom there, especially in the sites that put keywords to beautify the content that is irrelevant
Another argument is that the rankings can be made on the number of the visitors. If the rankings go to that direction, then it means that small websites of insignificant standing compared to those of big companies will be at a disadvantage.
The most abused uses of SEO are being addressed by the search engines. In fact, there has been blacklisting of the webs which are not performing to the expected standards.
It appears that the malpractices are now being addressed. At the moment, those sites that hide keywords on their unused pages just to attract traffic are being blacklisted by Google.
