If you get that there is a task that you do not have the right manpower in its provision, it will be equally advisable to outsource to get the best results. It is better not to struggle so hard to do duties that can better be done by others at a cheaper cost.

There are some tasks which can be cheaper to outsource and still get the best. If your company can cut costs that way without the compromise of the quality, then it may be advisable that it should go the direction of outsourcing.
